WES assessment for postgraduate certificate distance learning from reputed Australian University

Hello,
I have a bachelors degree in engineering from Indian University which was completed in June 2003. This year I finished my postgraduate certificate in Information Systems Security from csu.edu.au using distance learning. It took me more than 3 years.
Do you think it will be eligible for extra points under two or more degrees?
