I wouldlike to do Educational Credential Assessments by WES.
please suggest me, I have to both M. Tech and Bachelor of Engineering.

AFAIK, You need to assess both.. As per their website, you need to assess everything after Secondary degree be it Bachelor, Master's or PhD
