Wes application query

Hey guys

I have paid Wes fees from India. Now, for one of my Master's degree I am still awaiting my degree certificate from university. I have all the marksheets.

Can I get a provisional degree certificate if I am not able to get hold of the original certificate on time?

Please help. Thanks in advance.
