WES application on hold

Hi,

My WES application is on hold. It says:We are waiting for your institution(s) to verify your documents. And you don't need to do anything.

How much time it takes to complete this? What is expected after this status?

Days, sometimes weeks. Try to reach your university and ask them to reply to WES.

My husband's university say they have already sent reply to WES ON 8TH JULY. Its been a week and status is not updated.
My university asked WES to pay some amount, so now I will pay on behalf of WES though WES didnt confirm that they have received any such info from my university.

I am really disappointed with WES. They always reply generic even when I ask specific question. Is there any number where I can call them?
