WES Application Before Marriage Name and After Marriage Name

Hello All Experts of this Forum,

I have created WES Application of my wife based on after marriage name while submitting hard copies I am going to enter before marriage name in "Previous Name" as all the marksheets are with before marriage name.

1 ) Now what proofs I need to submit for this part ?
2 ) Do I need give any write up sort of declaration on A4 paper plain paper ?

Has anybody faced this situation if yes, how it was handled ? Experts guidance will be great on this.

WES will issue ECA report based on the name as it appears on her educational documents. You don't need to give anything else to WES except the transcripts and documents that they ask for.
