WES - All degrees or Higher one ?

Hi All,

I have a question for my friend, he has a Bsc. and PHd degree in Mechanical Eng. (the 2 degrees are in the same field, from 2 different universities)

For WES ECA, does he have to provide documents for the 2 degrees or just the PHd (the higher degree) , since he wants to claim the points for PHd only??

WES website says (Clear, legible photocopies of all degree certificates) but I am not sure how to answer him ..

this should be the same price, so strategically i would suggest to send both degrees, because:
1. it will create a safety net, in case the phd is not accepted.
2. it will be handy for the future as upgrading your order at WES for employment purposes would be cheaper, faster and simpler.
3. phd evaluation usually involves more sophisticated procedures so there shouldn't be any concerns with timing re the bachelor's degree.

It always better to share all the degrees, and incase he doesn't want to show the BSC, then you can send only Phd
