WES Additional Document Requirement.

Can anyone tell me what is the meaning of Paper Titles? Additional document required by WES. I asked my university regarding the same but they told me to ask WES. I mailed WES but no response from them from last 7 days.
Kindly guide me or suggest me the solution.
