WES- Acceptance of electronic transcripts

1. Does WES accept electronic certificate?
2. Does ACCA and Oxfrord Brooke's university send certificates directly to WES

I have enquired with both my university and WES, but it would take a few days for them to respond. Hence posting the same on the forum.

They will only accept an electronic transcript if it is sent DIRECTLY to them by your university/ educational institution.

I am still waiting for WES to send the original document to me but WES replied that due to COVID-19 they stop sending mail until resume normal. What can I do? I have urgently required the original document for further processing my application.
