WES Academic Request Form

Good day!

I've completed my BSc (IT) and MCA from the University of Mumbai and wish to apply for EE. I've begun the process by signing up at WES for educational credential assessment.

I've about the begin the process of acquiring transcripts. For the University of Mumbai, the 1st 4 semesters are conducted by the individual college and the last 2 semesters by the University directly.

Hence, this has led to a doubt in my mind which I hope the experts here can shed more light on.

Do I need to submit my WES academic record request form to the college as well while acquiring transcripts? Or would I only need to submit it directly to the University after acquiring the transcripts from the college?

I have a similar question regarding sending academic record request form to WES since I'm submitting to WES.Could someone please clarify if the sealed envelope is enough for submission without academic request form.

WES Academic Request Form is optional. I did not submit it and got ECA done. I'm not sure if that is different for the University of Mumbai.

you can get it from the University .. even if you have studied in college and then moved to University doesnt matter .. the university will provide the academic records form provided you submit the conduct certificate issued to you earlier .. also WES says this is optional but its better to do it .. University will provide this if you show the conduct certificate .. all the best ..
