I have received admit to MINT Program at UofA. I got my visa approved.
I am arriving in Edmonton on August 24, 2015. I am from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I do not have anyone in Edmonton so I am little bit worried for accommodation. If you could help then I would really appreciate your help.

How did you get into that program? did you get any supervisor? If yes how?

@ gururaj MINT is not a funded program and its really expensive.

There is no such thing as cut off marks. its not CBSE. It depends on which college you belong to, your work experience, what kind of people are writing you recommendation letters. Although, since MEng is not funded, its much easier to get into than MSc but also less reputed than MSc. BUt I would say have something around 3.3/4 + or around 8/10.
