Weird Situation-Seniors Pls Help.,

Hello all.,
I got offer letter from lambton college for Internet Programming & Database Management (Co-op) which is a Post Graduate program.,
My profile :-
10th :- 83%
Diploma in Computer Engineering :-81%
IELTS :- 6 OVERALL., (R=5.5,L=6,W=6,S=6.5)
One year Experience as System Administrator in Private Company.
But my query is CAN I GET VISA FOR A POST GRADUATE PROGRAMME EVENTHOUGH I HAVE UNCONDITIONAL OFFER LETTER AS I HAVE ONLY 3 YEAR DIPLOMA AND ONE YEAR EXPERIENCE .,or shall i change my program to post secondary diploma?? please suggest me what to do ??

I have to pay by tuition fee by tomarrow..,
