Weird Question on Median wage

So, I am not working on median wage, if we consider just the hourly rate. However, I get paid commission monthly that bumps me past my median... Can my employer apply LMIA saying I get median ?

I would imagine that it will be possible if the commission is a fixed component of your monthly salary which would ensure that you'll be above median wage every month without fail. If it is like a sales commission which is variable in nature, unlikely that this will convince ESDC.
