My parents live in India and I'm in Canada (citizen)
I am not in the ppr stage yet. Still in sponsor decision made.
However I think they'll mail out SA letter.
It they choose a local visa office say Mississauga or Ottawa in Canada, how does it work for my parents'?
Will they have to mail out their passport to Canadian local visa office via mail?
Or they would naturally pick the new Delhi office as local office?
If so why do many people get local inland office as their processing centre?
Shouldn't it be the principal applicant's country?
