Weird Ghost Update on Medical - AOR June 2020

Got a weird ghost update today. My medical was passed on August 19, 2020, but today they changed the line in the status and updated it as February 1, 2021. Does anyone have the similar ghost update today on Medical exam?

PS, my AOR is June 29, 2020, and I applied for BOWP 2 weeks ago.

it means medical is extended.

Thanks for your reply. but my medical was done on June 29 (yes, on my AOR date exactly), since it's still within the valid 1 year period, I wonder is it necessary to extend it?
