I just want to know, how much important is Scholarship (full covered) over good bank balance ?
and is the university to which we are applying matters.

Full scholarship matters a lot ! If you have it thn forget about weak bank balance.

It’s a good amount but it depends on your total tuition fees, if your first year tuition fee is something close to the scholarship (CAD 20,000) thn it’s ok.

My tution fees (only academic) for the two year program is 5718 CAD to be exact. I'll get a stipened transfered into my account on monthly basis once my account has been created in Canada.

Subjected to a successful Study Visa!
