My previous work place / institution where I used to work doesn't have website, nor my supervisor has official email ID. However, my workplace has Facebook page and it pop up when we search it in Google/Google map.

I have reference letter in official letter head. Does not having website creates problem or increases the processing time ?

It shouldn't, as long as the employment letter is according to CIC requirements and your company will pop up when searched.

Yes, it will pop up on google map.
