I have submitted the web form with IRCC multiple times in the last 2 weeks to update about the death of my father- Principal applicant - parents grandparents PR.

No response or update yet.

This is very frustrating.
Anyone, any idea how long do they take?
Or if there’s any other way to approach them ?

This is normal. There are high volumes of webforms submitted.

It can take several weeks or even over a month to hear back.

Avoid submitting multiple webforms on the same topic.

Surprisingly when I called IRCC customer care
They advised me to submit web forms again and again.
Honestly, it’s a hopeless experience.

I’ll take your advice and won’t submit any further and wait for their response.

Sorry for your experience. My personal opinion is that the IRCC customer case desk is very close to useless.
