I'm currently live outside Canada and applied via Express Entry to get PR. So I thought arranging a job offer before entering to Canada is better. So can you please tell me some good web site that I can use for online job search . My field is IT. Thanks.

I dont know the best ones, but guess that google "IT job in Canada" or "IT recruitment agency" will do the trick well. As people say arranging a job offer before entering to Canada is nearly impossible.

theoretically yes its difficult and nearly impossible, but you never know, some people posses unique skills/qualifications which are in high demand...just saying.
