Web form response indicating unauthorized email

Hi everyone,
I helped my mom apply for the temporary visitor visa using her email address. We’ve sent a few webforms using that email address and successfully got responses. However, in the last few months, we started to get responses such as they can’t disclose the information to unauthorized third parties and that the email address is not the one provided in the application. That’s still the same email address we used and never changed. I sent them several web forms to explain, but the issue is that the email is still not “authorized”, so it was no help. Has anyone experienced this before? Do you have any suggestions of how we can solve that?

So you are her representative if you helped her. Did she send webforms or did you? Are you in the same country/house?

I sent the webform using the same email address that we used to apply. We are not in the same country currently though
