Weather the enterprise in Canada exist? How to check it?any gov website?

Hello everyone！
Here we are in China！
The enterprise name Canada CIBS Group to claim to be a export of labor service(s) corporation. They have some partners in B.C.province Canada.
the partners send out some Job offers to the workers in China and they also said will apply immi visa for the Chinese workers, But we can not make sure weather these corporations are real exist.

Anybody can help and told me where should I check these companys? I just need to know weather this companys exist in Canada. My friends here had got the job offers from these companys，

Looks like a scam and I wouldn't give them any of my money. (As a general rule, if someone is asking you for money in exchange for finding you a job in Canada - it's a scam.)

There is absolutely no way they are doing business in Canada based on this web site. Most of the English doesn't make sense. And in many places Latin text has been used as filler. Seeing Latin text is a dead giveaway that you're dealing with scammers.

Stay far away and don't give them your money.
