I sent and email to IRB to inquiry about hearing date and received response below:
We received your request to schedule a hearing. When the claim is ready to be heard, you will
receive a notice to appear by mail, which will include the time, date and location of the hearing.
The Refugee Protection Division (RPD) generally schedules hearings in the order in which the
claims are referred, but also balances this approach with the prioritization of certain claims.
To avoid any delays, please ensure that you inform the RPD and the Minister in writing of any
change of address as soon as possible.

- May 11, 2023: Case confirmation
- June 17, 2023: First interview and passport seizure
- July 7, 2023: Work permit issued
- September 14, 2023: Second interview with brown paper/IRB referral (Toronto)
- September 15, 2023: BOC submission to IRB
- May 23, 2024: ICAC disclosure package sent to IRB (Regular hearing scheduled for a half-day, with no Minister intervention, documents disclosed by the Integrated Claim Analysis Centre)
