We haven't receive AOR...cic says still wait for 2 weeks NEED HELP

I'm April Outland 2014 applicant,we send our complete documents on April 9, 2014 with signature of the receiver,they received April 11 according to canada post,it's already 68 days waiting.my husband alwaYs call the cic,they always said they still process April 2 to April 16,he have to wait for 2 weeks,but they never assure us that our documents are there....I,m really really really worried and stress . :-[ :'( :'( :'(please give us advice...

I think you're worrying needlessly at this point. The posted processing time doesn't include mailing times. So it's reasonable to give it an extra couple of weeks for the letter to arrive.

I haven't either . Mine was received on the 10th of April .However i did hear from them because i needed to summit another document.

Did you call back,what's the status of your application,because our documents received name " Rizwan Mahmood"According to Canada post,and my husband call cic ,they always answer wait for two weeks,because they never told ask that our documents are there,if two weeks we don't get good news,I have no choice to re- do all over again,but I will go inland application,I will put on my papers that I send all my original documents Outland but they lost it.

Good for you taffy,you know that your document are there,you only need to update the document,our case we never heard from cic that they check our documents.....

Rizwan signed for my additional documents also .The first time it was Jamal.I wouldn't panic right now and do inland.They give AOR then SA ,may be ours will just come together. That's what i am hoping for anyway.

are you applying inland or outland? which application your sent determines how long you have to wait to hear something.

We read AOR just now in our email because we thought its mail thank you guys for this forum. Were waiting now for file transfer hope they will transfer it as soon as possible because its already june.can i check my application status even though I'm the principal?

you will be able to check ECAS with the sponsor's information and UCI number on your AOR. From there, you will be able to see the applicant's information.

Prior that January2014, did you received from cpc Mississauga title imm no application in the system stated that they confirmed they received you application for family class and you got the official AOR and SA?

Because after three times calling cic my husband received that email?

Unless you got tracking from the agency you mailed your package with, AOR will be your first contact from CIC. That is their official acknowledgement of receipt of your package. It usually comes a couple of days before you receive your sponsor approval.

I m new to this forum and i have a question please
my husband has sent our application for sponsorship to Mississauga on April 9 just like you and our application is received by them on april 11 again just like you.
our situation is exactly the same
my husband has sent the application by canadapost and through the tracking number we found out that someone by the name of RIZWAN MAHMOOD has signed as receiver
After almost 70 days that we haven't receive any email from cic,my husband has called them several times and each time they just said to wait.Two weeks ago they said they will send a letter to Mississauga to find out about our application
after two weeks my husband called again today and they have said that Mississauga office has said that "they haven't received our application and there is no record of us anywhere in their system"
I am confused. we have the receipt of the post showing the signature and name of RIZWAN MAHMOOD as the receiver.and the receipt says the parcel has been successfully delivered
how is that, that they dont have any record? and they say they havn't received our application?
we havn't received any email indicating our file number or anything
I was wondering are you still waiting for sponsorship approval email and the file number? or have you received the email? and can you please tell me what is AOR ?
I am worried sick and i really dont know what has happened to our application and why the say they haven't received it yet while we know the parcel has been successfully delivered
i will be grateful if anybody gives me advice
