We have received and ITA but my spouse ( second applicant) Education discrepancy query

We have received the ITA for EE but while continuing the application we have a query. The secondary applicant has PGDM degree but the institue from where this PGDM was done is always rejected by WES so we decided to not include it. And hence we got only the graduation evaluated with WES. Accordingly we have calculated the CRS score and we got ITA. Now we are confused about what to write in education as for secondary applicant

In education history, only include education for which you have ECA and you're therefore claiming points for it.
All other education or work experiences, put them in personal history only.
This applies to both principal and secondary applicant.
