Hi,
Abudhabi Immigration is ready to issue the visa but they need below action from my side, before they stamp in.

Proof of your sponsor's permanent relocation to Canada:

1- if your sponsor is residing in Saudi Arabia, a copy of his/her Saudi “Final Exit” Visa;
Is there any alternate solution to this as I cannot put a final exit while I am still here for another couple of months and my wife also need to be here for some time to wrap up the setup. Currently, she is in Canada and my visa will be valid till Feb 2015. Any advice please?

2- a copy of your sponsor's resignation letter and proof that it was accepted by his/her employer
N/A as she is not doing any job.

Yes Khan, CIC insists that the spouse will be granted PR visa only when the sponsor is settled in Canada. Therefore AUH visa office asks for the resignation and exit visa copy of the sponsor. If it is not submitted the visa stamping will be delayed and may lead to the medical get expired. However, your spouse can send a letter by mail or fax stating your current situation and probably they may consider, if there is any exemption can be made.
