WC Code in CAIPS Notes

Hi there,

I just received our CAIPS notes and I was just looking through it and there is one thing I do not understand - WC Status, WC Type, Decision Reason -- what do these pertain to? Also all that is filled in for these fields is ** (two asterisks). Does anyone know what the significance of this is?
