ways to follow up my application. tricked by an agency!

Is there any way to follow up my application with out the receipt? or tracking number?

I have applied an extension on an agency because at that time I didn't know
the process, and as I found out it was really quite easy!! damn!!
I applied there last January, and whenever I follow up, they'll just say that it is under process
but as I check CIC website they are processing applications submitted on February now..

Is there anyway to follow up my application for extension with out a receipt or tracking number?

before it's too late.. my 90 days will end on may17,2010
so that I can restore if ever they did not apply...

Any information is greatly appreciated..

Call CIC. Have your passport ready.

thanks guys.. I called immigration and they said to just to file another one and state the reasons.. anyway if the agency did file for me I can always refund my fees and withdraw my application. (that's what immigration hot line said..)
