Water quality analyst is a valid Certificate of qualification or no?

I had applied under CEC and got invited just to be nearly refused (got ADR for certificate of qualification-decision is pending). I applied with operator in training (OIT) certificate when I got the invitation. As the result I am expecting is not positive, I would like to know if anyone can help me clarify if Water Quality Analyst (WQA) certificate is an accepted certificate of qualification.

COQ are for licensed trades like electrician which take years to acquire through education, apprenticeship & exams. Ask your provincial or federal licensing association. Hopefully successful.
