I'm currently residing in Canada and have an open Working Permit through CUAET (Canada-Ukraine Authorization for Emergency Travel).
After recently receiving a job offer I have submitted my profile for an Express Entry PR. I qualified but surprisingly I wasn't given points for this offer. Does anybody know why? In the profile it asked whether I had the LMIA for this offer and I obviously answered no since I already have a working permit.
