Hi Guys,

I live in Washington DC and expecting my PR card soon. The closest post of entry to Washington DC is Toronto. I want to ask if anyone has experience to complete the landing process by road through Toronto.

Thanks

If you are coming by land, then you won't be landing in Toronto (Toronto is over an hour drive away from the border). You would be landing at one of the border crossings such as Fort Erie, Rainbow Bridge, etc.

Can I take my car which is registered in USA. Will Canadian border security let me take my car in?

Scylla, if you don't mind can you please explain me the landing process by road step-by-step. I will really appreciate it.

Thanks
