Was detained for 1 night, no charges. PCC clean. Answer for IMM5669E question J?

Please help. I'm having trouble answering question J of Background declaration: have you ever been detained, incarcerated or put in jail?

I was detained for 1 night, and released without charges being pressed. I got my PCC, and it doesn't mention the arrest or detention.

What would be the appropriate way to respond the question in the form?

You are CLEAN... and that is the only possible way to answer it...

Not Applicable or NO is the answer.

Any chance of falling being accused of misrepresentation if CIC/VO finds out about the arrest/detention when doing the background check??
(maybe through internal/administrative logs that the police *might* have about that the incident and that CIC/VO have access to, which don't appear in the PCC)
