My son had his working visa declined while spending time in Canada. He was told at the US border that he should have received a departure order. He received the correspondence to say his working permit request was declined, but didn't receive anything else. Is there a way to find out whether he received a departure order? He hopes to visit his girlfriend in a month's time...
