Wanted to start a cleaning business but now Covid ... Can I get money from government?

Hi,
hope everyone is okay in these times with Corona Covid 19.

I have a question hope somebody can help me!
I quit my job (2019) volunteering because I moved to another town ... then I could not find a job... I never got unemployment Insurance Money because I left that job!
I thought starting a cleaning business in the spring 2020 ... but now we have that Covid Situation ... nobody would hire a House Cleaner to this time ... so I did not start that business!
But I don't get any money from the government ... and I do not qualify for all those Benefits what they give other with no job!

Or Can I apply for any of that Government Help????
Unemployment money or anything??

My Common Law partner is working without I don't know.

Your only option would be welfare but that will depend on a lot of other factors, including your partner's income.

Agree that welfare may be your only option. You don’t qualify for CERB.
