Please help me,my wife is in Canada on student visa from last 1 month,I want to join her.

Please please let me know which visa is easy to get Visitor or spouse.

I can show CAD $25000 in my account and $8000 in wife's account.

We married recently this year 2 months and have not spend much time together.

She is facing some problems in canada as she is alone and can't concentrate on her studies.

Please Experts help me

Pls help as I too need some guidance with this matter. I will be leaving for this Fall to Canada leaving behind my hubby who is supposed to apply for one in Jan. I am trying to push the dates before Jan, just in case possible.

so far i know there is no spouse dependent visa....

catergories are:

1. visitor visa (single entry)
2. temporary residence visa (singe or multiple entry) with or without work permit.

i guess you are taking about the second one.

ask for temporary residence visa (in fact, that's also visitor visa) for multiple entry without work permit .... (ask for work permit after reaching canada coz if you ask all together, slim are chances ... )

without work permit has much higher chances than with work visa....

it's quite easy to get work visa after landing....

coz, if you ask for work visa, they would certainly discourage that as they have their own unemployment issues to deal... why should they add you?

Very good point Tomsware.. I appreciate your help here. I ll let you know how it goes But firstly I will have to apply for my Study permit and only then will think about his..
