Want to submit application for skilled worked but wife's passport in maiden name

Hello,

I got married 1 year back and recently got the marriage certificate, as the Federal skilled immigration is going to start soon, i wish to submit my form for this. however i have realized that my wife passport is still in here maiden name, and I m not sure if this is a problem?

Can i go ahead with the application and submit my wife's passport detail in her maiden name and marriage certificate as the proof of marriage?
The IELTS result will be in her maiden name, is this fine?

OR


I would have to get a new passport before I can send my details?

How long does the passport office take in Mumbai, India to issue a passport in the new name?
