want to move file from india to usa

Hi ,

Please help me . I had applied for the PR from india in 2006 Feb. and now i had moved to USA on h1b.
Can i move my file(case) from India to USA for processing as i am here from last 2years .

Please suggest me ...

PR from India takes on average something like 6 years so you probably still have 4 years to wait. You can withdraw it and apply again from the US and or faster, apply to the H1B program in Alberta if you qualify, see http://albertacanada.com/immigration/campaigns/h1b.html
