An Overnight Support Manager assists with leading the overnight team; distributing and coordinating duties, responding to problems and inquires, and teaching/training stockers, and processes freight, participates in Zone Defense offering Customer Service.
Position Responsibilities
• Practicing the 3 meter Attitude. • Coordinating overnight stocker team; distributing duties and work load. • Assisting management to deliver meeting notes, and direct store clean-up and set-up for next day operations. • Acting as Assistant Manager in absence of Management Associate. • Assisting the Management Team with the supervision of the designated Department, which involves: assisting management with the mentoring, teaching, assigning duties, recognizing, supervising and communicating with Hourly Associates appropriately and efficiently. • Stocking merchandise on the correct counter in the correct space according to the label or instructions to ensure stability. • Filling floorplans and modulars with correct merchandise. • Ensuring Associates are trained on the department(s) procedures. • Working with the Department Manager(s) in processing overstock.
