Want to extend my mom’s visitor visa stay for 6 more months

Hi Guys,
My mom is in canada on a visitor visa, her 6 month stay would end in 19th feb 2019. But i want to extent her stay foe six more month. I apply for the same i have to make her new cic account? Or i can use my cic account to apply for her. My mother can’t read or write any language, she can’t even sign so i have to apply for her but i am confused about how to aplly for her extension. Please help guys

thanks for your reply. I want to know if i can apply for my mom from my cic account. If yes then how to apply.
