I'm trying to create a profile, I have a bachelor's of pharmacy but worked only in pharma sales. The first question they ask is Primary Occupation, should I put the NOC of a pharmacist or pharma sales?

You should put the NOC in which you have experience, doesn't matter what kind of diploma you have, important thing is your eligible high skill work experience, so in your case it's pharma sales, unless you have other work experiences.

I just submitted my profile and right away I got a message saying my profile is ineligible. I scored 471 is the CRS tool. Not sure what went wrong...

Might be lots of reasons:

Is your experience in NOC 0 A or B? More than 1 year?
Ielts score
ECA for your university degree?
67 points in FSW? I assume you are applying under FSW right?

I mistakenly clicked NO for ECA... :-X

Anyway, I have a BPharm but worked ONLY in pharma sales, and the PEBC ECA. I've applied as Primary Occupation and Pharma Sales. Is the PEBC ECA report valid or does it have to be from WES?
