Want to check my cse status

I raised cse with further explanation more than a month ago but got no reply and want to make sure that it got updated in my application,calling is not successfull?should i raise another cse??? How can i email central office novascotia??

Finally i reached them today but they cant find any info in my application about the cse and the agent said sometimes it doesnt show and told me if cic needed anything they will send me a request and that no need for me to do anything else
