Want to apply study permit during inadmissible

I got inadmissibility for misrepresentation for two years and two years in going to finish in september 2015. But my work visa expire in march 2015. So i want to apply for study permit so will I get it? And i heard that I have to apply for TRP first. So I have to apply for study permit or TRP. I dont even understand that study permit is called TRP? Or its different? Thanks

You need to wait until you are no longer inadmissible before you can apply for a study permit. If you apply while you are still inadmissible - you will be refused.

I think it's extremely unlikely a TRP will be approved in your case.

TRP means visitor visa? My wife is also on spouse work visa and both are inadmissible. So we both should apply for TRP? Do I have to show reason for TRP and we both have permanent skill job.so can we show work as reason? And do I have to show time limit? Thanks.

No - a TRP is not a visitor visa. A visitor visa is a TRV (temporary resident VISA). A TRP is a temporary resident PERMIT. They are two completely different things with completely different application processes. It is quite difficult to get a TRP. Yes - you have to show a reason for the TRP application why you must be in Canada. If both of you are inadmissible then both of you have to apply for TRPs individually.

I dont know what to show a reason TRP. If you can suggest me, it will be apriciated. Can we show study or work? My wife already got offer letter from college. During TRP status can work or study? Or I have to apply for study or work and they accept me if i got TRP. Thanks you so much scylla for your help.

No - a TRP does not allow you to study or work in Canada. It just allows you to come to Canada temporarily as a visitor.

TRPs are typically only granted for a few weeks or few months to allow someone to enter Canada for a short period of time for a high priority reason (e.g. they have a very sick parent in Canada who they want to visit in the hospital).

No - work or study are not accepted as reasons for a TRP.
