Hi,
I want to apply for visitor visa in Canada this year soon.
Earlier I visited two countries like UK and India.
In 2014 I applied for FSW program but got rejected.
(Reasons: I am not satisfied that you have performed at lest a substantial number of the duties described in the main duties including all of the essential duties.)
My question is-
1) If I apply for visitor visa now, will they reject me again because of the earlier rejection of FSW ?
2) Should I mention this rejection in application form ? If yes, how can I mention above rejection positively ?
3) If anyone got visitor visa in such circumstances.

Thanks in advance.

1) No, this doesn't automatically mean that your TRV will be rejected. Whether your TRV is approved will depend on other factors in your profile such as your ties to your home country, purpose of your visit, funds available, etc.
2) Yes, it's mandatory you mention the FSW refusal in your application, plus any other refusals to any other countries. There is no positive or negative way to mentioned the rejection. You simply provide the facts.

Visa applications are approved or not based upon the facts . The IRCC already knows about your previous rejection, it is what it is . You must mention it when asked in the application . It’s all about you showing you’re financially able to support your visit , and ties to your home country that you’ll leave . Your previous refusal was based upon the facts presented
