I little back ground I applied from Middle East for a post graduate certificate back in 2022 (Did my biometrics) but the visa was refused as the funds weren't enough, as most of my funds where in estate. Anyways, I applied for University of Toronto for the Fall 2024 and received the acceptance letter. However, in order for me to apply for SDS I need to go back to Pakistan and apply from there? Would I also require to re-do the biometrics?
Does any one have any idea about it?
