Hello
i want to apply my immigration under CEC, i am working for a company name GTL Americas, this company provide solution to telecom operators in Canada and in Montreal as well and they are currently providing solution to videotron and i am working on this project . This company has no office in Canada they operate remotely over here. so if i am working in that company will my experience count as per CEC. as far as i know in CEC they count Canadian Experience within Canada. so kindly can any one help me out in this regad.

Thanks

where is the company head office located , in which country? and are you working in Canada, is it working from home? or working in a workplace?

If you are appointed in US and working from there remotely. then it would not consider as a Canadian experience. Even though, your client is Canadian client but your experience is in US.

I hope this would help.

Actually I am working for a company name GTL and i am working as an incorporate client. for that i have to pay my taxex or you can say that i am self employed in that case my expiernce count

i just wanted to know working in canada as an incorporate client or contractor the expierince count in CEC class thanks

You have to be working (physically present) in Canada for the experience to be used under the CEC program... The second nail - self-employed experience is excluded.

Take a look at the Federal Skilled Workers class... the process is changing next year, details aren't 100% clear, but you can read about the new express entry here:
