Want to apply as a computer and information system manager but donot have title

My recommendation letter says computer and information system administrator can I apply for the omputer and information system manager position, will I have any problem in doing so.

Though Title is not important, but job duties are but in your case since they have mentioned adminstrator clearly it may be difficult

If your duties are clearly spelled out in the letter and they match the majority of the duties for 0213 I would say the title is not important, but if the duties look more like one of the other skill levels, like the duties really look more like a system admin then I think you'll have trouble. They seem to be particularly picky about 0213 because of the huge number of people who apply under that category. Pay particular attention to the duties that differentiate the 0213 from lower level positions, like budget responsibility and supervision of junior staff.

Share your duties first. Title is not at all important as every company has its own policy and structures. So if you perform at least 75 % of the duties listed on the HRSDC wesbite with NOC 0213 then it shall not be a problem.

Is there a place where I can find all the responsibilities of 0213, just want to make sure they tally with what I have.
