Want PR but my degree doesn't give me an B or A NOC job, can I still get it?

I've been in Canada for 6 and a half years. I've been here for all of high school and I'm a few months away from finishing a 2 year program at a college. However, the jobs that follow under my degree are not type A or B. I have no family members here, is there any possible way I can get PR status? I understand that getting a management job (type 0) would also work, however I don't know how possible it may be to get a management position with a potential 2 year PGWP after I graduate. Any help is appreciated, thank you so much!

You can do any type of job as long as it is in NOC 0, A or B. It doesn't matter if the job doesn't match your studies. I studied a music degree and worked as a Baker for 1.5 years after graduating. If you want to apply under CEC (Canadian Experience Class), you would have to work full-time for one year at least. Then you will be able to create your EE profile.

Mmm I think there are other ways: Care-giver, entrepreneur, self-employed, mmm and some other ways. Go to the Citizen and Immigration Canada website. Research about the different ways to immigrate.

In which province do you reside. New Atlantic program has opened for 4 Atlantic provinces. There you can get in even with NOC type C as long as you have valid job offer.

I live in Ontario and I'm planning on residing here, so unfortunately the Atlantic program won't apply to me :-[ are there any other options than finding a job that falls under A or B, or becoming a supervisor/manager?

Well, if you don't want to live Ontario, then nothing is available for you. What type of program are you studying that cannot land you a job, even in NOC B?

For EE itself, wage is not a factor (all you need is just paid work experience).
Unlike BC, Ontario does not have wage as factor for PNP. But they do require education (most of their PNP program require 3 years University degree or better).

But some other provinces are much milder, when it comes to requirements for PNP.
That is why I have also suggested you that Atlantic program.
