There are no sponsorships. Be careful of job scams. Many jobs are scams / fake. If someone asks you for money in exchange for a job, it is a scam.
If you want to find a real employer in Canada, you will need to apply for jobs through sites such as indeed and linkedin. You should assume you will have to pay for the costs to travel to Canada yourself, and also living expenses once you arrive.
For a student visa, you need to show career/education progression to justify costs. You need to show that you can pay first year tuition and at least $10k minimum in living expenses so around $25k per year.
