Waiting time to get a new SIN with eCoPR

Hi, I received an eCoPR a few days ago through the portal but couldn't update my SIN at Service Canada. The IRCC call centre told me that the status of my CoPR is not updated yet in order to get a new SIN and I just have to give it a time. It's been almost a week but they still say my status is not ready for a new SIN. Is anyone in the same situation?
