Waiting time for ILETS test CONFIRMATION

Hello,

I sent my ILETS test application on Nov 2nd which got there on Nov 3rd, and I still haven't heard from them. I sent my application to the Connestoga college in Kitchener. I left them many voice messages, sent e-mails, and sent faxes as well, but still I haven't heard anything back.

Is this normal? I've been waiting for the confirmation more than a month now. While I'm waiting, two tests happened already., esp. one with still some seats available. I'm really getting mad and about to get a day off at work and drive down to kitchener. I'm worried that they have lost my application. My credit card has been charged for the test on Nov 3rd by the way.

My work permit expires next year, and on CIC website, it says send the application WITH the test results, so I wasted a month just for this test.

Is everyone waiting this long for the test confirmation?

I've heard that for the first time
I've send them online application and within five days went there to pay them.Then they confirmed my application.
I don't know how is it in your country but in Serbia it's quite fast process
