waiting period for CELPIP!!!REALLY NEED HELP

I got my result today, unfortunately its not really good..(speaking part)
SO I decided to retake the CELPIP ASAP. But they didnt let me to registered with same account (30 days waiting period)
I just wondering that does anyone retake the test within 30 days? should I just re registered the account and take test?

I waited for 30 days. I am not sure about recreating the account as I think they ask for passport number. However, you can always apply for reassessment.
