Waiting passport form NYC

I have sent my passport to NYC from Toronto on May 4th 2011. It has been 6 weeks and i have not recived back my passport yet.

I have got e-mail from NYC a week ago says they sent my passport back with regular mail recently.

I know Canada post is on strike but does anybody know how long it more takes?

Hi BYUN, in my experience, regular mail from the US takes a disgraceful 1-2 weeks, on average. You should get it soon, unless you're in one of those cities targeted (or your mail gets moved and processed through one of those cities).

OH LORDY, just learned that the postal strike is FULL-ON now...
